We offer over 90 complimentary group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Water Aerobics, Cycling, Step and more. Check out our specialty classes for our active older adult members—Chair Aerobics, Beginning Yoga and Y Moves . Kids fitness also available.
