YMCA Swim Lessons
The Y offers a wide range of swimming options for the whole family. Swimming builds self-confidence and gives the opportunity for kids and adults to discover what they can achieve.
We offer classes beginning at 6 months of age, all the way up to adults. Swimmers are divided into ability groups and our trained instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills, endurance and social skills while guiding students with praise and encouragement.
