Gold-$45/$35 member (Dec. 10^th – 31^st)

Silver-$50/$40 member (Jan. 1^st – 31^st)

Bronze-$55/$45 member (Feb. 1^st – 22^nd)

Register at YMCA or online before 6 p.m. on February 22.

$10.00 late fee after February 22.

Age control January 1, 2013

Copy of Birth Certificate is required for first time participants or if one is not on file at the YMCA.

No refunds given after child placed on a team.

Participants may play up an age but NOT below.

Financial assistance is available for qualifying individuals per the YMCA’s ability to fund. Please contact Member Services for further information regarding financial aid prior to February1, 2013.
