Group fitness will keep you healthy, connected and having fun. We offer 120 group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics, Cycling and more.

|AIM||Adults in motion! An exercise class designed for those 55 years and up incorporating cardiovascular training, flexibility/strength, and balance.|
|Barre||Barre is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.|
|Body Blast||This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leavce class feeling great!|
|Boot Camp||An intense work-out program. Maximize your strength, amplify your power, increase your speed, and improve your agility.|
|Chair Yoga||Perfect for beginning yoga students & those with physical challenges who find it diffucult to get on & off the floor as required in a traditional yoga class. The postures are chosen to protect joints, strengthen balance and increase range of motion.|
|Circuit||An energetic workout that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Youâ€™ll never know what to expect|
|Kickboxing||A cardio workout that incorporates punches, kicks, plyometrics and more. You will burn mega calories. Great for the beginner or the experienced.|
|Lunch Express||A 30 minute total body workout.|
|Morning Madness||This circuit style class is guaranteed to wake you up!|
|Pilates||Improve flexibility & strength without building bulk. Beginners, advanced, those in rehab, and even expectant mothers participate in a series of controlled movements done in sequence.|
|Pound||If you've dreamed of channeling your inner rock star into a fitness plan, it's time to POUND.|
|Power Muscle||Work every major muscle group in the body. Strengthens, conditions, tones, and defines!|
|Pump||A workout that challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great for any fitness level!|
|Revolution||Revolution's purpose is to maximize your fitness potential so you'll get dramatic results at a faster pace. This class offers an entire cardio circuit with a focus on your core. Each workout is comprised of different exercises so you never get bored and always progress!|
|SilverSneakers||This active older adult class will strengthen every muscle, including your heart, while working on flexibility and balance, all in a chair!|
|Step||This creative routine builds cardiovascular endurance and burns excess fat at a fast rate. A nice variety of moves will ensure you a great workout!|
|Spin||Join in for an exciting, high-calorie burning workout that utilizes motivational techniques and music , while cycling indoors|
|Tabata||This class alternates between cardio and strength exercises, through 20 second bursts of maximal effort followed by 10 seconds of recovery.|
|Triple Threat||Cardio, strength, and core training designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, and boost balance. The class will focus on toning muscles with intermittent cardio intervals.|

|Zumba||One of the fastest growing dance based classes, Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythm and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness workout.|
|Zumba Gold||Less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults who may have limited capabilities.|
|Zumba Step||Tone and strengthen glutes and legs with a gravity-defying blend of Zumba routines and step aerobics. Bring your students maximum rsults without losing the easy-to-follow fitness party!|
